About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Alverno Laboratories. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, including notifying clients of critical results and documenting notifications.
  • Assist clients in utilizing our laboratory services, including adding and deleting tests as requested.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and maintain a healing environment for employees and patients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience with computers and medical laboratory terminology is necessary.
  • Relevant experience in a medical setting is highly desirable.
