Job Summary

The Host/Hostess is responsible for delivering a warm and welcoming experience to our guests from the moment they arrive. This includes greeting guests, seating them, and ensuring they have everything they need to enjoy their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet Guests: Greet guests immediately upon arrival and ensure they are seated promptly.
• Manage Seating: Manage seating arrangements to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Provide Excellent Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, including answering questions, taking orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Work as Part of a Team: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with guests and team members on a regular basis.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Working Conditions
