Location Requirement: Must be based in the DFW Area.
Compensation:$70,000 - $90,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:The selected associate will manage all facets of client cases, including:
- Conducting initial consultations and formulating strategies
- Overseeing the work of case managers and legal assistants
- Evaluating probate strategies and managing probate cases and hearings
- Providing counsel on entity formation and business agreements
- Leading and engaging in final meetings with clients
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Contributing to marketing efforts through networking, writing articles, and public speaking
- Ensuring meticulous attention to detail, particularly in the spelling of names of clients and team members
Our ideal candidate:
- Is an active member of the State Bar of Texas
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business law

- Can independently manage cases and clients after a thorough orientation and training period
- Is proactive in providing solutions and answers when questions arise
