Job Overview:

Aerotek is seeking a Production Tile Layer to join our team in Arnold, MO. As a Production Tile Layer, you will be responsible for cutting and laying tile on the insides of cylindrical grain silos.

Responsibilities:

  • Cut and lay tile to ensure a smooth finish
  • Measure tiles accurately using tape measures
  • Apply grout or mastic for tile installation
  • Cut tiles to fit and line large metal containers
  • Kneel or crawl into metal structures to complete tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience with tile laying and grouting
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to kneel and crawl
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements
  • Knowledge of brick laying and tile installation techniques
