Adult Telemetry Nurse Opportunity

Our state-of-the-art Level One Trauma Center and cutting-edge specialty care units, including our Acute Care Adult Medical Telemetry Unit (8 East), are dedicated to addressing the overall needs of our patients and eliminating healthcare disparities.

Unit Overview

Our 30-bed unit provides care to patients with acute medical conditions, including telemetry monitoring. Our team of skilled nurses work closely with LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants, Nurse Interns, and Providers to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and provide timely interventions
  • Administer medications and perform various nursing procedures, such as IV insertion and blood draws
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
  • AHA Basic Life Support certification
