Position Overview:
Embark on your healthcare career as a Supportive Living Assistant, where you will aid residents in their essential daily activities, promoting an independent lifestyle within the Senior Living Community.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care in a nurturing and compassionate environment that respects individual needs and rights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, eating, dressing, and personal hygiene as required.
- Notify supervisors and other staff of any changes in residents' conditions and needs, documenting these observations thoroughly.
- Adhere to medication reminder protocols to ensure correct timing and administration.
- Respond appropriately to emergency call lights.
- Perform dining room duties and assist with residents' dining needs.

Qualifications:
- Current certification in an accredited First Aid course and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is required.
- Participation in a medication course is required.
