APIGEE Platform Architect

At Syntricate Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled APIGEE Platform Architect to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with application teams to gather deployment requirements and lead the design and implementation of API Gateway solutions.
- Lead analytical and consulting working sessions to solve technical problems faced by application teams trying to onboard to APIGEE Gateway.
- Lead capacity planning and management activities to ensure the APIGEE platform can handle additional transactions in the future.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to the APIGEE platform API Gateway.
- Lead root cause analysis sessions to understand the cause of issues in production and come up with solutions to prevent them from happening in the future.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs by resolving tickets and performing system health checks.
Requirements:
- Apigee installation and deployment experience on-prem and in the cloud.
- Experience with multi-node deployments in AWS and on-prem.
- Knowledge of authentication systems and certificate management.
