Job Description

As a GT Lead Salesforce Engineer at ADM, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective platform solutions and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, construct, and configure high-functioning applications and new technologies while ensuring easy maintenance.
  • Develop end-to-end Salesforce solution, including custom platform development and external data integration.
  • Design custom objects and fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, and custom tabs according to application requirements.
  • Support post-deployment activities, including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes.
  • Provide application support by analyzing and providing root cause analysis for defects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance-related issues.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members on best practices of Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Five years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience in Information Technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce components, programmatic solutions, Master Data Management, and Agile software delivery methodologies.
  • At least one full-lifecycle Salesforce deployment experience.
Work Environment:

40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

10% of domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
