Job Description

Clean Team is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team in Cleveland, OH.

As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, and spot cleaning floors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate floor cleaning equipment, including walk-behind and riding floor scrubbers
  • Perform daily maintenance on equipment
  • Use safety measures in the work area
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
