We're seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to join our team at L'Occitane En Provence. As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to immerse our guests in the warmth of Provence through personalized beauty moments. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering a positive team culture, and contributing to our company's waste reduction targets.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience & Hosting: Prioritize each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset. Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, adapting your style to individual personalities.
  • Team Culture & Support: Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to your colleagues, cultivating a team culture that is both positive and inclusive. Support and assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Be open to new ideas, willing to learn, and adaptable to changing situations.

About Us:

The pay range for this position is $23.76 (depending on skills and experience).
