Responsibilities- Evaluate and monitor residents' conditions, providing professional nursing care in accordance with care plans and doctor's orders.
- Initiate emergency support measures when needed and coordinate resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
- Perform assessment functions, including identifying changes in residents' physical or psychological conditions.
- Ensure nursing history is present in medical records for all residents.
- 1-3 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents, preferably in a Skilled Nursing environment.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or graduation from an approved RN program.
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Colorado.
- Current valid CPR certification.
- Medical insurance with Rx benefits.
- Dental insurance.
- Vision care.
- 401k.
