Key Responsibilities
  • Sewer Scope Inspections: Perform thorough assessments of residential and commercial sewer systems to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Indoor Air Quality Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify potential contaminants and provide recommendations for improving air quality.
  • Radon Testing: Perform radon tests to measure levels of radon gas in properties and suggest mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Pools and Irrigation Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of pools and irrigation systems to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
  • Water Testing: Perform water tests to evaluate the quality and purity of water sources.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones and scheduling inspections.
Requirements
  • Clean Driving Record: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Radon Certification: Hold radon certification or demonstrate the ability and willingness to obtain certification.
  • Inspection Experience: Possess knowledge and experience in conducting property inspections, preferably in the areas of sewer scope, indoor air quality, radon, pool, irrigation, and water testing.
