**Job Description:**

The Night Audit Supervisor will oversee the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring all daily reports are generated and reviewed, as well as batching all credit card transactions. This position is responsible for making operational decisions, providing exceptional customer service, and managing other employees across different departments during the shift.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise the overnight operation of the hotel, including generating and reviewing daily reports and batching credit card transactions
  • Make operational decisions to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Manage other employees across different departments during the shift, including training and development

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in the hotel industry
  • Previous front desk supervisory responsibilities required
  • Previous hotel night audit experience preferred
  • Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations
  • Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems such as OPERA and Micros strongly preferred
  • Ability to think clearly, quickly, and make concise decisions
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up
  • Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time, as well as guest issues, requests, and concerns
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
