We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Love's Travel Stops. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel operations, while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Conduct nightly audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Process guest transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service, cash handling, and office accounting or auditing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations software
