We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Hospital Operations Manager to join our team at Thrive Pet Healthcare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hospital during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of veterinary professionals, ensuring excellent patient care and hospital operations.
- Oversee the performance of client care and technical staff, ensuring quality control and consistency.
- Handle client and doctor grievances, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Perform regular staff reviews, providing clear expectations and feedback.
- Communicate with the administrative team to ensure consistent practices throughout all shifts.
- Coordinate resource management, training, and facility management efforts.
- Ensure the Cubex is stocked sufficiently throughout the night.
- Oversee the smooth transfer of patients from swing to overnight to morning shifts.
- Minimum 2 years of Veterinary Hospital Management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Detailed knowledge of client care and technical staff job functions and workflow systems.
- Schedule flexibility between 3PM and 6AM, all 7 days a week, and some holidays.
We offer a competitive salary range of $66,550-$69,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, health, medical, dental insurance, and 401k, we also offer continuing education benefits and support for obtaining VTS licensure.
