Job Title: Production Assistant - Utility

Location: Personnel Services

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.48 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Assistant - Utility. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of our manufacturing process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mixing chemicals and coordinating with supervision to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Monitoring chemical stock levels and notifying supervisors when replenishment is required
• Unloading chemicals from trucks and storing them in designated areas
• Recording chemical usage and maintaining accurate records
• Operating the 90 Pug Mill / Extruder and Setting machine
• Assisting in mill blend changeovers and cleaning equipment
• Participating in the 5S program and Safety Awareness program
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of weights and measurements
• Valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
