As the demand for Exteriors Contractor Services continues to rise, we are seeking an experienced Exterior Construction Estimator to deliver precise and timely project estimate pricing that supports our sales and production teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate estimates for various exterior construction projects.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure project success.
  • Utilize estimating software such as Clear Estimates and/or Xactimate.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Reside in the Austin area.
  • Available for full-time work.
  • Possess reliable transportation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in exterior construction estimating or insurance adjusting.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with permit applications and knowledge of municipal codes.
