Our menu features seasonal lattes, classic lattes, and innovative drinks infused with activated charcoal, collagen, and more for a health-conscious twist. We also offer a selection of keto-friendly and vegan pastries.

Position Summary:

As a Beverage Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team by preparing and serving a diverse array of drinks, ensuring a clean and organized bar area, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, inform them about our specials, and assist with their orders.
  • Prepare and serve beverages efficiently, fulfilling drink orders accurately.
  • Educate customers about our drink offerings and promote alcoholic beverages with enthusiasm.
  • Maintain and clean all bar equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Prepare and stock garnishes and ingredients necessary for drink preparation.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with a variety of beverages.
  • Exhibit professionalism and high standards of service during all customer interactions.
  • Be a proactive team player, taking initiative in various tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $17.00/hour plus tips

Qualifications:

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Prior experience in bartending is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and tea is essential.
  • Positive attitude and pride in your work.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative.
