Energy Analyst

**Job Summary:**

Apollo Inc is seeking a highly skilled Energy Analyst to join our team. As an Energy Analyst, you will be responsible for performing energy data analysis, conducting site surveys, and interviewing clients to understand their equipment operations.

**Responsibilities:

• Perform utility data analysis and maintain the EUI library of commercial facilities
• Conduct on-site surveys of facilities' equipment and systems
• Write up field notes and meeting minutes
• Develop energy calculations, weather bin calculations, and energy modeling expertise
• Write building envelope, mechanical, and electrical system descriptions for energy services proposals
• Assist with scope development and preliminary design of proposed systems

**Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Engineer-in-training (EIT) preferred
• 0-10 years of experience in energy analysis, site surveys, and client interviews
• Building construction knowledge and mechanical systems a plus
• Revit proficiency strongly preferred

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
