About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Product Engineer to join our team at ASML US, LLC. In this role, you will develop computational lithography software to enhance process window control for next-generation HighNA EUV scanners.

Responsibilities
  • Defining use cases for new product features
  • Drafting Product Requirement Definitions (PRDs)
  • Performing feasibility studies and integrating scanner models
  • Providing second-line support for current accounts and training field engineers and key customers
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Optics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of simulation software and technical tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and oral) and ability to influence others
  • Solid understanding of imaging theories (Abbe, Hopkins)
  • Direct or indirect experience in OPC, including rigorous lithography simulation (Hyperlith, Prolith), RET, and advanced mask technology
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $25,000-$40,000.
