  • Participate in trial preparation and trial
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve client objectives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
  • Experience working with expert witnesses, fact development, and drafting discovery responses, briefs, and motions
  • Trial experience is a plus
  • Clerkship experience is strongly preferred
  • A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school
  • Must be admitted to practice in Georgia or waive admission to the Georgia Bar
