About Us

Haare In Bestform is a dynamic organization seeking a dedicated and passionate Priest-in-Charge/Rector to lead our congregation in Downtown Honolulu.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Priest-in-Charge/Rector who can bring energy and passion to guide our congregation for years to come. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can espouse our mission statement, "A Beacon of Hope...A Call to Serve;" a leader who is strong in pastoral care and will embrace the local culture; someone who is well-versed in and understands how to apply scripture to their walk with Christ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide spiritual guidance and leadership to the congregation
  • Develop and implement programs to promote community engagement and outreach
  • Collaborate with other leaders to achieve organizational goals
  • Embody the values of Haare In Bestform and promote a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Master's degree in divinity or a related field
  • Proven experience in pastoral care and community leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
