About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of building the greatest healthcare community in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus, but not required
