At The Cauldron Co., we're seeking a skilled Potion Master to join our team of enchanting servers. As a key member of our immersive experience, you'll guide guests through a magical 'potions class' where they'll create their own cocktails or spirit-free mocktails.
With a background in performance, you'll use your improvisation skills to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. You'll be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, selling food and drinks, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
We're looking for someone with upscale casual/fine dining experience, a passion for beverages, and a familiarity with fantasy worlds. If you're a team player with excellent time management skills and a customer-centric approach, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a server
- Upscale casual/fine dining experience
- Beverage knowledge with an emphasis on cocktails
- Live performance experience helpful but not necessary
- Familiarity with fantasy worlds
- Open availability, including weekends
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Team-oriented mentality
- Attentive to customers
- Ability to work under pressure and within time limits
- ServSafe & BASSET certifications for the State of Illinois
