As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for managing service operations and scheduling for our HVAC services. You will work closely with our technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance and align with monthly forecasting goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of service operations.
  • Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians to the appropriate customer and service needs.
  • Communicate the action plan and services to be provided directly to the customer.
  • Ensure work has been performed to the customer's expectations and perform follow-up as needed.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve or escalate customer issues as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of 2 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
