Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Advisor to provide strategic direction and oversight of financial operations processes and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with a focus on digital financial modeling, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Financial Operations function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee budget development, financial reporting, and systems management, driving business processes to improve efficiency and meet organizational goals.
  • Design and implement enterprise processes, leading process improvement initiatives within finance, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage internal systems used for recording revenue, ensuring accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Identify and provide solutions for areas of high risk in the revenue cycle, documentation, or billing practices.
  • Provide insight into business performance, using business data and statistical methods, and suggest areas and methods for improving operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of leadership/management experience, required.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques, tools, and software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).
  • Solid understanding of digital cost structures, budgeting processes, and financial metrics (e.g., TCO, ROI, NPV).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the technology industry or with digital-related projects is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications, such as MBA or CPA, are a plus.
