Job Summary:

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing medical conditions and providing accurate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
  • Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric.
  • Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information.
  • Ensure the integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other patient confidentiality guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent.
  • Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment or equivalent.
  • Venipuncture certification or equivalent.
