Soliant is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a full-time, onsite position. This role involves working under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist to help students improve their communication skills in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervising SLP in delivering speech and language therapy to students.
- Implement treatment plans and conduct therapy sessions as outlined by the SLP.
- Track and document student progress, reporting updates to the supervising SLP.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for students.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
- Active SLPA license in the state of employment.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
