About the Role

Cloverdale Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a COTA, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation and care of patients with various physical, mental, or emotional conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute therapeutic plans designed to help patients recover and improve their skills for daily living and working.
  • Contribute to the planning and selection of therapeutic activities tailored to individual patient needs and interests.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations to the occupational therapist and adjusting therapy interventions as needed.
  • Provide education to patients and their families about the therapy process, adaptive equipment, and home modifications.
