Job Title: SRE Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled SRE Analyst to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As an SRE Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile app, identifying and resolving issues, and providing insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage issues based on customer reviews in the Apple/Play Store for the mobile app.
  • Track issues using Apptentive and create detailed reports for leadership.
  • Analyze functionality and APIs to provide inputs to respective Squad teams.
  • Assist SRE in finding root cause analysis of issues and create JIRA tickets.
  • Work with QA and Dev teams to reproduce and follow up on reported issues.
  • Create alerts and dashboards in Quantum Metric and Logstash.
  • Identify customer impact, overall traffic, and potential impact.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Apptentive, JIRA, and Logstash.
