About the PositionWe are looking for a seasoned RN with 2+ years of experience in CVICU. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of cardiovascular intensive care principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of effective care plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the CVICU, utilizing expertise in cardiovascular intensive care principles.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patients' needs and prioritizing interventions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Active TX Pediatric ICU Unit 002 (10501) license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CVICU as an RN.
- Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of cardiovascular intensive care principles.
- A competitive salary, estimated at $150,000 per year, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
