Role Overview:

The Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in assessing and analyzing a wide range of client performance metrics through various analytical tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate, verify, and reconcile performance metrics by leveraging custodial data feeds and financial statements.
  • Collaborate with money managers and custodians to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Design and implement proactive client reporting frameworks.
  • Gather portfolio characteristics for various investment types from external sources.
  • Work alongside Investment Operations colleagues to ensure accurate data for client-related activities.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Assist Investment Consultants with various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Economics.
  • Candidates pursuing CIPM or CFA designations are advantageous.
  • Preferred experience includes internships or up to three years in Investment Consulting or the Financial Industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Excel skills are essential.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, and custodial portals is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of capital markets, including domestic and international equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
