Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, Quality Control, and Production processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing fresh and shelf-stable products, with expertise in soups, chunky salsas, or tomato-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency
  • Mentor and train team members to implement best practices
  • Ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing processes
  • Experience with wastewater management
  • Proficiency in ERP, Redzone, and NetSuite systems
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data processing
  • Strong decision-making abilities

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand for prolonged periods
  • Good vision and manual dexterity
  • Ability to walk and climb stairs
  • Exposure to cold temperatures and plant equipment noise
  • Must wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
