Cash App's Personalization ML Engineering team is responsible for all personalization ML engineering work for Cash App & Afterpay, including recommendations, search retrieval/ranking, growth incentives, cross/up-sell, etc. We're looking for an experienced leader who can drive innovation, collaboration, and impact within the team.

The successful candidate will have a salary range of $178,200 - $267,400 USD per year in Zone C. They will be responsible for leading the team, working with senior product and modeling leads, and driving innovation and impact within the organization.
