Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and establish follow-ups for sales appointments
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat requests using established scripts and templates
  • Provide initial product information and guide customers to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs
  • Follow up with leads who are not ready to schedule an appointment or who missed their appointments
  • Engage in team and process development sessions, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Utilize the CRM tracking system on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is highly advantageous
