Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction
    • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to ensure seamless shopping experiences.
    • Operate as a sales associate, handling transactions and assisting customers with payment plans, warranty information, and returns.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Navigate front and back of house operations, including store greeter duties, basic quality control, inventory, and upholding merchandising standards.
    • Cross-train in areas such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
    • Understand the functions of the shop, and assist with the flow of merchandise in and out of the store to ensure customers receive their purchases in a timely manner.

  • Proficient in basic math and cash handling.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
