Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Polysomnographic Sleep Technician to work on a per diem basis in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

The Polysomnographic Sleep Technician will be responsible for obtaining high-quality polysomnographic data on patients, recognizing sleep apnea, and initiating CPAP therapy as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent patient care and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot equipment and continue education in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain artifact-free polysomnographic data on patients
  • Recognize sleep apnea and initiate CPAP therapy as needed
  • Troubleshoot equipment and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Continuously educate oneself on the latest techniques and technologies in sleep medicine
Requirements
  • Valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification
  • Current PPD (Mantoux/TB) results
  • High School Diploma required
  • Preferred RPSGT certification
