As a Field Supervisor at DSI Security Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Liaison: Act as a liaison between DSI Security Services and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Site Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations at our client sites, including managing client and employee relations, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and providing general security duties.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with Branch management, clients, and employees to ensure that all issues, scheduling, staffing, and record-keeping are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI's safety manual. Attend and continue to receive security officer training as required by Client or DSI's training program.
- Professionalism: Present oneself in a professional manner through appearance and conduct, adhering to DSI's Code of Ethics and Employee Standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age: At least 18 years old.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
- Transportation: Reliable means of transportation and communication.
- Background Check: Pass all required background and drug screenings.
- Customer Service: Be customer service oriented.
- Computer Skills: Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Physical Abilities: Be able to perform routine foot patrol and do moderate lifting.
