We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our team, responsible for overseeing daily unit operations and ensuring seamless care delivery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, and a passion for advancing medical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate unit operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and staff efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure exceptional patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare operations and management.
  • Minimum three years of clinical experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible compact state.
  • AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent.
