Compensation and Benefits

Our OTR drivers can earn $65,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and production. Additionally, we offer a 401K plan with a 50% match of employee contributions, plus a 1% profit share.

Home Time and Miles

Drivers are home nearly every weekend and get through the house a few times during the week. They can expect to drive 2500 to 3300 miles per week.

Equipment and Perks

We provide upgraded late model (2018 and newer) Peterbilt trucks and offer per diem pay for tax benefits. Our pet and rider policies make us a great choice for drivers who want to bring their loved ones along.

About the Fleet

Our Convertable Hoppered Flatbed Fleet at Doug Andrus Distributing LLC is an all-star group of drivers that operate unique custom equipment. The trailers convert into hoppers to haul salt, grain, and other bulk commodities, and then convert into flatbeds for steel, lumber, and other building materials.
