Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Specialist to join our team at Gap International in Philadelphia. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical expertise to drive business growth and transformation. As a member of the Diagnostics team, you will be responsible for the performance and scalability of all Breakthrough Diagnostics products.

About the Team

You will work closely with the Diagnostics team to develop a deep understanding of each product, the factors measured and associated algorithms, and be responsible for all aspects of the innovation and optimization of analytical solutions to support diagnostics. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) will enable you to uncover insights that drive meaningful client impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a deep understanding of each product, the factors measured and associated algorithms, and be responsible for all aspects of the innovation and optimization of analytical solutions to support diagnostics.
  2. Apply statistical methods and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) to analyze survey data and uncover insights that drive meaningful client impact.
  3. Work closely with the Diagnostics team to develop methodologies for automated insights and employ data mining techniques to support the development of innovations in factor measurement.
  4. Design and maintain a dashboard that monitors the performance of Diagnostics Products – item performance, response consistency, etc.
  5. Present data insights to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD degree in Data Science or Business Analytics.
  • 7+ years of experience in survey design, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
