The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Exceptional clinical expertise and capabilities.

- Strong management and organizational abilities.
- Competence in monitoring quality control standards and analyzing data to prepare detailed reports.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interactions with patients, visitors, and the healthcare team.
- Proficient in organization, delegation, and communication to enhance operational efficiency.
The Clinical Nurse Manager should demonstrate:
- Proven skills in assessment, analytical decision-making, and critical thinking.
- Expertise in coaching and motivational interviewing.
- Experience in providing MedSpa services, including coordinating appointments and managing supply orders.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Active Registered Nurse License in the relevant state.
- A minimum of three years of nursing and supervisory experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Preferred qualifications include certification as a Health Coach, Nurse Coach, or Case Manager.
