Job Summary:

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-to-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting their physical, emotional, and developmental well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with families and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care, as needed.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Requirements:

  • A current nursing license and current CPR certification.
