Job Summary

FCC Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in facilitating and delivering treatment services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and facilitate group activities in accordance with program schedules and engage individuals in meaningful work.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals to achieve their goals and objectives in their treatment plans.
  • Assist individuals in meeting their needs and providing support in their daily lives.
  • Coordinate crisis intervention services as needed and report any changes to the proper staff members.
  • Complete required documentation within program guidelines and adhere to evidence-based practice models.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess or ability to possess a Missouri Class "E" Chauffeur's Driver's License.
  • Meet the minimum requirements to be clinically privileged by FCC Behavioral Health.
