About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Collections Specialist to join our team at Greenberg, Grant & Richards, Inc. This role will be responsible for managing business-to-business accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Job Description
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive collections success.
  • Collections Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective collections strategies, resulting in improved cash flow and increased client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and resolution of complex issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial collections, account management, or a related field.
