Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, implement, and evaluate total nursing care for a group of patients, in accordance with established nursing philosophy and standards.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to entry-level nurses, and assist in their professional development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, and communicate effectively to ensure patient-centered care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification highly desired.
- Current specialty certification as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
