Childcare Instructor

Small World Inc. is seeking a dedicated Childcare Instructor to provide exceptional education and care for young children. This role involves teaching preschool classes, creating lesson plans, and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

This position requires a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a safe and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate should have experience working with young children, knowledge of child development principles, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development
• Provide individualized attention to each child, addressing their unique needs and interests
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve educational programs
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience working in a licensed child care facility
• Coursework or certification in early childhood education or child development
• Flexibility to work variable hours and schedules
