As a Compassionate Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing assistance with daily living tasks to ensure comfort and safety
- Supporting clients with personal hygiene and dressing needs
- Facilitating mobility and engaging clients in physical therapy exercises
- Delivering additional patient care as required
- Monitoring nutritional intake and conducting routine health checks
- Offering reminders for medication schedules
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school education or equivalent
- Possession of a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or GNA certification
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Basic proficiency in computer usage
- Commitment to health and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to lift and assist clients as needed
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
