Responsibilities include formulating risk assessments, crafting effective audit programs, providing actionable recommendations, and preparing comprehensive audit reports. Additionally, this role aids in the formulation of the annual risk-based audit strategy and actively engages in organizational conferences, meetings, and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee audits across multiple business divisions
  • Create project-specific risk assessments and audit strategies
  • Analyze audit findings and prepare reports
  • Engage with auditees and facilitate meetings
  • Mentor junior audit personnel and deliver training

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline
  • Certifications such as CIA and/or CPA are mandatory
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with IIA standards and the COSO framework
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is preferred

This position supports a hybrid work model with one designated office day each week.
