We're looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Brinson Chevrolet. Responsibilities
  1. Initiate automotive services and repairs by communicating with customers to understand their vehicle's performance issues.
  2. Verify warranty and service contract coverage, develop estimates, and write repair orders in a clear and concise manner.
  3. Maintain excellent customer rapport and records, ensuring prompt follow-up after repairs are completed.
  4. Schedule appointments efficiently and maintain an organized schedule to minimize wait times.
